Payments 25% non-refundable deposit is required on ordering. The balance is due on delivery/collection. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or Paypal (to sarah.hewson2@ntlworld.com). Cheques must be made to ‘Sarah Hewson’
The cakes are made to order and personalised to your specifications, so orders cannot be cancelled once cakes have been made. However, should you wish to change or cancel your order at any time please contact me immediately and I will do my best to meet your needs.
All cakes are delivered boxed. Free delivery is offered within 5 miles of Nottingham city centre. If delivery is required outside of this area, then a quotation will be provided. All cakes will be delivered on your chosen delivery date. If you require your cake before a specified time please provide details.
All cakes should be stored in a cool dark place on a flat sturdy surface. Never put cakes in the fridge other than fresh dairy cream cakes. Sponge, Chocolate and Carrot cake will keep for one to two weeks after delivery if covered. Fruitcake last perfectly well for months.
